- Go kayaking at least one time on a new stretch of water.
- See Pearl Jam and Foo Fighters this summer!!! [2 chances Atlanta, GA & Pensacola, FL]
- Visit friends and my father back home.
- Go to Camden Yards and catch an O's game when I'm home.
- Get all-you-can-eat steamed crabs and seafood in Maryland.
- Get a new smart phone, finally! [Hurry up June 16th!]
- Put away at least $25/month, if not more to add to my winter vacation fund.
- Visit Nashville, TN.
- Take a road trip, somewhere NEW even if only for a day.
- Grow some herbs [basil mostly].
- Perfect pesto sauce from scratch.
- Make 3 friendship bracelets [more if so inclined].
- See Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter, Prometheus, Rise of Batman and any other new summer movie that catches my attention. [Suggestions welcome].
- Take my little sister-in-law to see BRAVE in theaters.
- Achieve not getting a single sunburn this summer.
- Get a spray tan.
- Do a bar crawl, at least once.
- Find a new workout routine. [Turbo Fire is getting stale]
- Grill, a lot.
- Make a Key Lime Cheesecake.
- Make homemade popsicles.
- Find a Summer 2012 Signature Cocktail. [2011 I was obsessed with Tipsy Arnold Palmers]
- Go camping, one more time before Fall.
- Day trip to Panther Creek for sun and fun.
- Perfect wood plank grilling with fish.
- Read at least 4 books. I'm still in the middle of Kitchen Confidential but it's almost finished.
- Walk at least 3 evenings during the week around the neighborhood with our dog AFTER the sun starts to set.
- Embrace my naturally wavy hair.
- Find the perfect products to allow me to embrace my naturally wavy hair. [suggestions welcome]
- Shop the local farmer's market frequently.
- Eat vegetarian meals once a week, maybe twice if we find some we really like.
- Make BIG salads on Sunday to eat each day at lunch/dinner.
- Host our Supper Club at least once a month.
- Hit up the FREE Yoga on the Railroad bridge class given here in town.
- Eat more fruit and veggies.
- Go to a crawfish boil and eat my weight in crawfish.
- Take more pictures, lots of pictures.
- Join Instagram once I get a smart phone. [Use it for #36].
- Learn a new skill - anything, just learn something new.
- Make date night a priority for Mike and I at least once each month this summer.
- Go on a picnic somewhere fun around downtown.
- Shop locally, but frugally. [I'm paying off debt and purchasing only NEEDS].
- Send 3 handwritten letters to 3 different people.
- Lose 10 lbs. [not a fun thing mind you, but a realistic goal].
- Blog about each item crossed off this list.
- Add more items as I see fit....

Girlfriend, that is quite a list! Yours intimidates me...mostly because I just know I could never get it all done. But, we can try, right? I love your goal to shop locally and frugally - that is something that I need to work on. Especially the 'frugal' part:)
Also, can you teach me how to make adorable blog buttons for link ups? I love yours and need to figure out how to do stuff like that!

and I just received a handwritten card from a friend of mine who lives in California. I think I might just have to keep it forever. It's been YEARS since I've gotten one of those. so very special.
